Barbara Izzo

Owner/ President

Mrs. Izzo has over thirty years of experience in the Early Childhood field. She opened her first center in 1986, and has owned and operated various centers throughout R.I. since.

She is extremely dedicated to providing a superior structured educational program for young children. Mrs. Izzo is a member of the National & RI Child Care Director’s Association.

Sherry L. Bowry

M.ED., Director of Education

Ms. Harper has been a certified teacher for over 25 years in the Early Childhood Field. She has a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and is Level II/ Level III RIDE certified. Ms. Harper has been a member of National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) Since 1988. She has been with SNCA East Greenwich location since 2005. Her goal is to implement a quality early childhood curriculum that is guided by the Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards and create standards-based preschools that improve outcomes for young children entering kindergarten. In 2012, NBC 10, the Rhode Island Department of Education, and Hasbro, have recognized our Education Coordinator Sherry Harper, with the Golden Apple Award!

Cheryl Ucci

Business Director

Cheryl Ucci has three years experience in accounts management at our Corporate Office. Cheryl previously was our director at our Smithfield location for four years.

Prior to this she acquired Early Childhood classroom experience since 1999. As the daughter of the owner, Barbara Izzo, Cheryl strives to provide quality service to our families and their children.
