We want to wish all of our families a very Merry and Healthy Holiday season!
Infants–
Children are scientists from the moment they are born, using their senses to observe and gain knowledge about the world around them. We will encourage our older infants to actively experiment with and explore the physical properties of objects and substances-knocking down block towers and bouncing or rolling balls. Younger infants will be exposed to materials of varying textures to be placed in their hands and bring the objects to their mouth.
Family Engagement–
As you get ready to enjoy your baby’s first holiday season, pay special attention to all of the new sights, sounds, smells, tastes and textures the baby will experience. The whole family will gain a new appreciation for the season by watching a baby be amazed by holiday lights for the first time. Have a safe and happy holiday season!
